Refund Policy
Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, Anju Blanco does not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or returned without the original hygiene liner and tags attached.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at anjublancoo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and hygiene liners attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. If approved, we will help resolve the issue with a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All sale, discounted, custom, and final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Anju Blanco reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions above.
